All Angels is an outreach organization dedicated to building stronger communities by creating opportunities for youth and young adults with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and Behavioral Health needs, including individuals with autism and Down syndrome.

Our niche in Georgia is simple but powerful: cultivating potential, developing independence, and helping young people build lives filled with purpose, dignity, and opportunity.

Too many young people become caught in cycles of instability, homelessness, incarceration, or involvement with the justice system—not necessarily because they lack potential, but because they lack the support, structure, resources, and positive environment necessary to thrive. Some are trapped in systems that were never designed to cultivate their gifts or address their individual needs.

All Angels was created to be different.

We are not your average group home or youth program. We go beyond simply providing a place to live—we strive to create a place where young people can discover who they are and who they can become.

At All Angels, we challenge our youth to channel their energy into productive, meaningful experiences that develop confidence, discipline, life skills, and independence. Through hands-on opportunities in agriculture, gardening, arts, music, sports, education, skilled trades, transportation, and vocational development, we help young people discover their strengths while preparing for the future.

We believe that exposure creates possibilities.

That is why we incorporate educational and experiential field trips, skill-building activities, mentoring, structured programming, and opportunities to explore interests beyond their immediate circumstances.

We provide the structure, discipline, curriculum, support, and resources—but our goal is to help each young person recognize that their future is bigger than their circumstances.

All Angels is committed to providing comfortable living accommodations, nutritious food, reliable transportation, supportive services, and access to activities that encourage healthy development and independence.

We want our youth to experience something every young person deserves: a safe place to call home, people who believe in them, and genuine opportunities to succeed.

By creating positive alternatives and surrounding young people with structure and encouragement, we work to reduce the likelihood that they will turn to the streets or become caught in cycles that can ultimately lead to incarceration or other devastating outcomes.

We believe that a young person who may have been labeled “troubled,” “challenged,” or even “hopeless” deserves the opportunity to discover that they are none of those things.

Our CEO: Iren Golder

Iren Golder, CEO of All Angels, brings a deeply personal understanding to this mission.

Once considered a “problem child” himself, Iren developed a heart for young people who are often misunderstood, overlooked, or judged by their circumstances. His multifaceted background and ability to discern the needs of others have shaped his vision for All Angels.

Raising a son diagnosed with ADHD also brought its own challenges, along with countless joyful moments and lifelong lessons. These experiences strengthened Iren's understanding that children and young adults need more than labels—they need patience, guidance, opportunity, and people willing to see their potential.

Iren also remembers a time when vocational education was more integrated into the school experience. Young people had opportunities to explore practical skills such as automotive mechanics, heating and air conditioning, auto body repair, cosmetology, barbering, and other trades.

Those experiences helped young people discover that they had something valuable to contribute.

Iren believes we can create that sense of possibility again.
